yesterday I went to trader joe's on my lunch break and a ball of mozzarella pearls called out to me.

Tonight I lazed around, put holographic colors in my hair and then decided to just eat the cheese with a fork, while I sat around in a towel.

And I enjoyed it, with no worries about what someone else would think. 

I feel steady for the first time in years. 

I feel like I am starting to be able to direct my life again.
